All of our transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your
credit card is in another currency, your order will be calculated
in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer
processes the transaction.
You can change default currency by clicking on the upper right corner of Love, Peace & Boho website, and select your currency. All prices are in USD, price reflected at checkout will be an estimate of the final charge. The currency exchange rate will depend on your bank rate on the day the transaction is processed.
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still check out even without a PayPal account as guest. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Love, Peace & Boho accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, Diners Club and Gift Cards. We does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. All payments are secured by internet secure payment gateway, Stripe.
The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurate and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, Stripe, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved.

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED!
Order changes can not be made once they are fulfilled. Your Order will appear unfulfilled until it ships. A restocking fee of 15% would be imposed on order cancellation requests made before orders are fulfilled.
Love, Peace & Boho reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
We ship our orders directly from our warehouse located in different locations around the world. We have warehouses located in USA and overseas.
Depending on item purchased, shipping can take between 3 to 4 work weeks (up to 8 weeks**) after orders are processed. Processing is usually done within 3-7 business days of ordering.
**Shipping times may be affected during public holidays while manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
**Custom clearance at each country varies, and delay due to custom clearance is beyond our control, should your parcel be stuck at custom processing, we can attempt a contact with the post office for faster clearance but there is no guarantees that this will hasten the custom clearance speed.
We will email your tracking information as soon as your
order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after
we have shipped your order. The tracking number may show up in the postal system as untraceable, it will take 2-5 working days to reflect in the mailing system. If you do not see an update on your tracking, get in touch with us here and our friendly customer service officer will check on your order for you!

Don't worry if you receive different items in your order separately, they will all reach you eventually. We ship out items individually to reduce waiting time as our warehouses are located in different regions. You would not be charged extra if your purchase is from 2 or more warehouses, that is on us!
In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered to your postal code but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. You can file a claim for the missing package. We are not responsible for non-receipt due to postal theft.
If you missed your delivery, you can arrange a re-delivery with your local post office. For parcels not retrieved and are returned to us, we will charge a re-delivery fee of $5.90USD per order.
Delays and Issues with Delivery
Please note that we are not responsible for Postal delivery schedule, nor are we responsible for any items that are delayed. It is buyer's responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.

Ordered products may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees. Love, Peace & Boho has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
If you don't absolutely love your new purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit. After 14 calendar days, all merchandises are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be in new, unworn and unaltered condition with original packaging.
Please get in touch with our customer service officer to get a return ticket number for your return. We would not be able to recognize your parcel if it is unlabeled or if we do not know to expect it's return. Email us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that SALE items, gift cards, pieced jewelry, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Should your order come with free shipping, we will need to charge a $5.90USD to you for the return.
We do not charge customers a restocking fee for items exchanged. Do note that a flat shipping fee of $5.90 will be charged for exchanges regardless of initial amount paid. Exchanges can only be done once per order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return or exchange that is damaged due to:

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
You can expedite the refund process by providing us with the tracking number for your return.
If you haven’t receive your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
